The price of Bitcoin surpassed the $65,000 milestone on Monday during the early hours of the European morning, edging nearer to its all-time high of $69,000 recorded in November 2021.
Currently, Bitcoin is trading at $65,388.6 with a one-hour liquidation total of $12.36 million, while Ethereum, priced at $3,531.01, has a liquidation value of around $2.6 million within the same timeframe.
Bitcoin’s liquidation amounted to $80.91 million, while Ethereum’s reached $31.05 million in the past 24 hours.
Over the last day, 90,352 traders experienced liquidation, resulting in a total of $255.59 million in liquidated assets.
According to CoinMarketCap, Bitcoin’s price surged by approximately 5.8% in the last 24 hours, while Ethereum experienced a 3.6% increase. Bitcoin’s market cap even surpassed $1.3 trillion, with a 24-hour trading volume of $41.8 billion.
