AI startup Anthropic recently unveiled its latest chatbot, “Claude 3” with a claim to be more advanced and that it surpasses previous models in capabilities.
Anthropic, established by former leaders of OpenAI, markets itself as a rival to OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Regulators in the US are concerned about Anthropic’s support from cloud giants Amazon and Google, despite OpenAI’s partnership with Microsoft.
This new AI chatbot Claude 3 comes in new versions, all versions are provided with good computer vision capabilities to analyze images and not create them, thus avoiding issues facing Google’s Gemini chatbot.
Following more reports, the most complex version, “Claude 3 Opus,” has proven to have the best performance as compared to its competitors ChatGPT-4 and Gemini Ultra.
