K9 Finance, the Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSD) partner of Shiba Inu (SHIB), has officially listed its first currency exchange.
MEXC Global listed K9 Finance (KNINE) on March 19, making it the first exchange to list the new token. This is a journey that K9 Finance has long embarked upon, and now it’s getting closer to the mainstream market.
That listing is anticipated to positively impact the Total Value Locked (TVL) on The Shibarium, which will resonate with Shiba Inu’s blockchain development process for layer-2. K9 Finance acts as a Shiba Inu Network validator on Shibarium, and its SHIB staking interface is encouraged to engage participants in the SHIB ecosystem.
This development is taking place soon after Shibarium hit a $2.25 million TVL, recorded on March 5th, and a similar increase in the Shiba Inu coin price up to $0.000044 from December 2021.
