Investigative journalist ZachXBT, has shared data that Kyle was not tracking precautions when the fraud was happening with the NuddiesNFT project.
Kyle denied saying his wallets were hacked, but ZachXBT’s findings suggest that the funds might have been transferred deliberately instead of being hacked from outside.
ZachXBT immediately returned the rumor as he traced the origin of 94 SOL tokens worth $12,000 to an exchange deposit account.
Further investigation indicated there was 3.42 ether, which is about $11.7k, transferred and spent to buy high-priced NFTs and sent to his ENS public address.
However, Kyle revealed the origin of his wealth, mainly by using DeGods’ NFT as his profile picture on social media. This shocked many people. However, despite this, Kyle continued to post witty quotes on Discord, unaware that they were already visible on dating sites.
The ZachXBT investigation had its consequences. Kyle got rid of his X account. While NuddiesNFT fed their inventory with $12K to their creator wallet, the owners immediately got in charge and completely removed Kyle from involvement.
Nevertheless, there is still an existent sense of untrustworthiness around the project, with alarm bells that indicate possible scamming events.
ZachXBT, which constantly reveals crypto fraud, diversifies blockchain exposure into the identification of what isn’t honest between those who operate in the crypto space and those who support them.
