The famous crypto figure EGRAG CRYPTO recently carry out the warning of synchronization issues concerning Trust Wallet. This happens after the guy suffered a long delay in an XLM transaction with his money not appearing in his wallet although it was confirmed on the blockchain 10 hours ago.
EGRAG’s tweet prompted discussion of the Security Threat bug that is present in iOS Trust Wallet. The user reported the already known zero-day exploit that was aiming at iPhone devices through iMessage, which was, therefore, implementing the opportunity for Trust Wallet users to be hacked by unauthorized parties.
Just a week ago, Trust Wallet itself issued a warning to iOS users that the High-Risk Exploit could be used against them, advising them to disable iMessage until Apple provides a solution. The whole thing isn’t about Trust Wallet, it just shows some general networking holes within the cryptocurrency space.
