Prominent digital artist Grant Yun’s debut in the Solana NFT market was tremendously successful. The launch of Yun’s “Life in Japan” set on Exchange Art on April 18th sold out in only 9 minutes. Yun is claiming new ground here with this move, as he has published all of his past releases on the Ethereum blockchain.
Yun chose Solana due to his trust that Solana can create a network that supports the aesthetic satisfaction of artists and helps with better distribution of NFTs to the public. To fight against unfair acts of bots acquiring multiple items, Yun devised a strategy to relatively rank the collectors who have acquired his previous works.
While Yun did not confirm publishing more “Life in Japan” mixed media pieces on the Solana blockchain, he firmly stated that he would continue his journey into the NFT space by promising to release future pieces on the Solana network.
