Meta Pool, a multi-chain liquid staking-based DAO, has closed a new partnership with The Blockchain Center of the University of Zurich. The new initiative will allow students from Latin America to study and learn about the crypto industry in the Blockchain Center of the University of Zurich.
Following the alliance, It’s the first time that a European university has entered into a partnership with a DAO, having made history in the crypto space. The academic partnership is a joint effort between both entities aiming to expand the cryptocurrency industry knowledge among the Latin American communities.
Claudio Cossio, co-founder of Meta Pool DAO, said “We believe that frontier markets are where blockchain mass adoption will begin, and empowering scholars through the Summer School program at the University of Zurich is the best way to bring education to our region through an immersive program.
It also reflects the fundamental principles of a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), which are transparency, participation, and social responsibility.
The Blockchain Center of the University of Zurich has been developing different initiatives aiming to develop cryptocurrency industry knowledge in Europe.
Some of the previous initiatives have been “Deep Dive into Blockchain Summer School” and the Advanced Studies Certificate (CAS) in Blockchain.
The Blockchain Center of the University of Zurich is a leading academic initiative focused on interdisciplinary research and education in the field of blockchain technology.
