Lucie, the marketing lead at Shiba Inu, took to social media to share an update on the development of the Shibarium blockchain including a message from SHIB lead developer Shytoshi Kusama, to highlight the project’s current status and plans.
Lucie explained that Shibarium, compared with Shiba Inu, seems more like a railway track where builders work on the construction of strong tracks. The functionalities are creating ‘stations’ whereby the users and developers can interact and expand the capabilities of the blockchain.
Lucie mentioned possible partnership opportunities, mentioning that the project has recently gained the attention of some key players in this market. Although no further information was given about these partnerships, it may hint at some big partnership that will solidify the standing of Shiba Inu in the crypto space.
However, Lucie did not turn down the project, saying that it would be a difficult project and that the organization would have to improve to cultivate the project.
However, she expressed optimism about the future, stating that once all the “stations” are ready, it will usher in a new era for the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
According to Lucie, the team has entered “step 1, stage 1” of their development process emphasizing that there is much more to come, indicating a long-term vision for the project
Lucie also relayed a message from SHIB lead, Shytoshi Kusama, who often uses the analogy of building a moat to protect a castle. Kusama stated that the moat has been built, and now they are focusing on constructing the castle itself.
