A group of industry leaders, policy experts, and crypto enthusiasts are rallying behind Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign, urging her to develop a clear policy platform on digital assets
The group, known as ‘Crypto Advocates for Harris,’ announced their support in an August 6 post on X, and outlined plans for a virtual town hall meeting to discuss the future of crypto regulation.
The virtual town hall will feature United States lawmakers, policymakers, and industry leaders, including entrepreneur and Dallas Mavericks minority owner Mark Cuban.
Cuban has recently expressed support for Harris after President Biden announced on July 21 that he is withdrawing from the election
He believes Harris could be more open to business, artificial intelligence, crypto, and modernizing government services than the current administration. Earlier today, Harris announced Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate
