Apple has officially launched its iPhone 16 series, featuring a suite of innovative AI tools under the banner of Apple Intelligence. These enhancements aim to transform how users interact with their devices, promising smarter and more intuitive experiences.

Text-Based Writing Tools
The iPhone 16 will debut several generative AI features designed to assist with text creation. Native apps like Notes, Mail, and Messages will benefit from tools such as Proofread, Rewrite, and Summarise, making writing and editing easier.
Smart Reply and Notification Summary
Smart Reply will analyze the context of your conversations in Messages and Mail, offering relevant reply suggestions. Meanwhile, Notification Summary will consolidate and summarize notifications from both native and selected third-party apps, providing a clear overview.
Webpage and Photos Enhancements
On Safari, the new Webpage Summary feature will offer quick text summaries of web content. In the Photos app, users can enjoy Clean-up, which removes unwanted objects from images, and Movie Memory, which creates short videos from photos and videos with a simple text prompt. The improved Search feature will make it easier to find specific moments in your photo library.
Custom Emojis and Image Generation
The Genmoji tool lets users create personalized emojis directly from the Messages keyboard. Additionally, Image Playground will generate custom images based on text prompts, integrated into native apps and a dedicated app.
Enhanced Siri and ChatGPT Integration
Siri will become more conversational and handle complex requests better with improved natural language processing. Apple is also integrating OpenAI’s ChatGPT into iOS 18, allowing users to interact with the AI chatbot via Siri for a wide range of tasks.
