EigenLayer (EIGEN), a new token built on the Ethereum blockchain that introduces restaking, is set to be listed on both Cryptocurrency exchanges Binance and BitMart.
Binance will list $EIGEN and open trading for the spot trading pairs EIGEN/BTC, EIGEN/USDT, EIGEN/FDUSD, and EIGEN/TRY from 1st October, while BitMart will also start EIGEN/USDT trading from 1st October.
EIGEN is a new token built on the Ethereum blockchain that introduces restaking, a mechanism that allows users to reuse their ETH on the consensus layer. The listing of EIGEN on exchanges is expected to increase its visibility and accessibility to a wider audience.
Trading for $EIGEN on Binance will begin on October 1, 2024, at 5:00 AM UTC. Users can start depositing EIGEN now, and withdrawals will be enabled on October 2, 2024, at 5:00 AM UTC. There is no listing fee for EIGEN. Withdrawals on BitMart will start on October 1, 2024, at 5:00 AM UTC.
Trading Bots and Spot Copy Trading will be enabled for EIGEN within 24 hours of its listing. EIGEN will be tagged as a “seed token,” indicating a higher risk profile. The listing of EigenLayer on Binance marks a significant milestone for the project and could potentially drive further adoption of the restaking primitive.
EIGEN is a relatively new token with high price volatility. Users should exercise caution and conduct thorough research before trading.
