Data from NFTGO shows that Moonbird #7205 was sold for 265 wrapped ETH or more than $800,000. This makes the NFT #7205 the costliest NFT of the collection.
The Moonbird collection currently has a floor price of 36.5 ETH. The collection has a trading volume of 100.5k ETH at the time of writing.
The collection has been the most traded NFT collection by sales volume in the last 24 hours, 7 days as well as for a month. The collection is already at the 12th rank for sales volume for all time sales.
Moonbirds is a 10,000 piece NFT collection featuring computer-generated pixel owl avatar NFTs which had a mint price of 2.5 ETH per NFT at the time of launch. Moonbirds are utility-enabled profile picture NFTs and are released by the Proof collective.
Moonbirds became the most popular NFT collection in 24 hours after the launch. It secured the first rank by sales volume in the weekly ranking as well as 30 days by generating $290 million in four days.
The Proof collective is a highly exclusive 1000 member group and their esteem seems to have influenced and inflated the Moonbird collection’s sales.
